Join our community of like-hearted LPS Certified Coaches who are devoted to helping others accelerate their journey of self-discovery in every age and stage of life. LPS LLC is committed to helping our coaches grow their existing practice.  We offer an LPS certification program, client referrals, sales training, and access to our LPS Channel Partners.


We are seeking strategic LPS Channel Partners. These individuals or firms demonstrate a passion and expertise for serving a unique group of people. Examples include: First Responders, Heads of Schools, Nurses, Corporate Wellness Programs, Pastors, Youth Camps, Armed Services, and Veterans. Our Channel Partners have exclusive rights to distribute and deliver LPS services within their agreed upon domain and participate in a generous financial partnership.

  • Who should become a Certified Coach?

    We offer training and support for Certified Coaches working with all three demographics we serve. 

    • Certified LPS Youth Coach: for Parents, Teachers, Counclers, Coaches, Youth Group Leaders, or any other adult leading 14-24 year old kids.
    • Certified LPS Adult Coach: for HR Leaders, Pastors, Managers, Licensed Counselors, and anyone mentoring individuals or teams to make healthy and productive decisions. 
    • Certified LPS Legacy Coachs: for Advisors and Advocates devoted to helping individuals navigate the transition from their family raising and career years to retirement.

  • What Does the Process Look Like?

    After your application is accepted. You will be invited to participate in a training session where we will teach you how to use the Life Purpose Scan to engage youth, adults, or legacy age individuals in deeper conversations with greater empathy. Our programs include roll playing and post training reinformecment to ensure you are comfortable and confident using the LPS to connect with and empower others to make good decisions.
